I was admitted to the Bluebell ward at Queen's hospital having collapsed with breathing difficulties in the A+E department. Sonia visited me on my second day and discussed with me the best available choice of medications that would help with my asthma, allergy and lung disease. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about both my conditions and the available treatment that would help me control lung function. Sonia trained me on how to use the new medications that were prescribed to me and arranged a repeat prescription form for my GP and a set of medication to take home when discharged. Once back home, I have had regular calls from Sonia, checking up on my well being and discussing peak flow, sats and general lung function, which has been most helpful. I also needed some advice on a medical insurance issue and she responded immediately and contacted my consultant to assist me in the said matter. I have nothing but praise for all of the team at Bluebell ward at Queens, Dr Kaiser and of course Sonia Munde. Each Thursday night, as I stood outside my house clapping for the NHS Heroes, my respiratory team were front and centre of my thoughts, bravo.

After a serious Ashthma attack and 'Blue Light Ambulance run' to hospital I met Sonia on a respiratory ward after being in ITU for a couple of nights. The advice she offered was exemplary and prompt. In addition she furnished me with excellent reading materials and a device to make the preventer and emergency inhalers more effective. She is a credit to the hospital, her profession and herself
